About our Founder & Turndawgz.
- My name is Joe Phelan. I grew up in Georgetown, SC primarily playing tennis. Tennis was my life for a long time, but I eventually got burnt out and stopped playing. Now it's just reviewing turndawgz, playing golf, going to class, and enjoying life.
- Turndawgz started at the beginning of summer 2023, it was just an idea I thought of while driving back home from Clemson. I started it because it made me happy, and then I started looking into the possibilities of merchandise. After reviewing hotdogs at various courses for the past 3-4 months, I can confidently say there's nothing better than a chili dawg at the turn.
